你的内存不足提示，怎么解决呢

这是因为你VM->Setting->hardware->memory 的内存设置大于了Edit->Preferences->Memory的内存设置，只需把Edit->Preferences->Memory的内存调到最大

把VM->Setting->hardware->memory的内存调到合适位置不大于前者就行！
